Use cases

Who uses it, and how

One site, several sites, or a portfolio of domains. Same product, same checks, same lead delivery. The plan is what changes.

Short answer

Three kinds of owner use the builder: a small business with one domain, a growing or mid-market company with several locations or service lines, and an owner of many domains who wants each one to be a real site. The product is the same; the plan and the number of sites change.

One business, one domain

You want the site done and kept in shape. The builder writes it from a conversation, puts your phone, your areas and a form on it, and delivers every lead to your email, your phone or your CRM. Starter covers it, with up to 25 pages. The small business page walks through day one.

Several locations or service lines

Each location or line becomes its own site with its own pages, its own leads and its own analytics, on its own domain or subdomain. Growth covers 25 sites, Scale 50, each up to 100 pages. One dashboard, one assistant, and every lead still goes to the CRM your team already uses. Team members can be invited to the account.

A portfolio of domains

Parked domains earn nothing. The Platform plan builds up to 300 real multi-page sites, each with its own structure and internal links, each checked before it publishes, each with lead delivery and analytics. Connect a domain with one DNS record; the SSL certificate is issued for you. Export leads across every site to a spreadsheet in one click.

What every use case gets

  • Pages written from a conversation, not a template
  • A check before publish, validated against Google Search Essentials and modern web standards
  • Lead delivery to HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel, Slack, Microsoft Teams, SMS, email or any webhook
  • Server-side analytics and cookie-less A/B testing
  • An assistant on every screen that edits, explains and walks you through connections

Questions people ask

Can several people work on one account?

Yes. Invite team members from the Team screen; each gets their own login on the same account.

Can each site have its own domain?

Yes. Every site can sit on its own domain or subdomain, connected with one DNS record each.

Do portfolio sites share content?

No. Each site is written for its own domain and business, and the uniqueness check refuses pages that are the same words with the location swapped.

Is there an agency plan?

Agencies serving their own clients can ask on the contact page; the answer today is a plain description of what is and is not available, not a waitlist promise.
