What an agency can do here today, and what it cannot

If you build sites for clients, here is the plain version. One account, many sites, teammates invited in, and no separate agency program to promise you.

Short answer

An agency can build client websites on one Website Builder Studio account today, each written from its own conversation and checked before it publishes, with teammates invited into the account. There is no separate agency program and no reseller pricing to promise. Ask on the contact page and you get a plain answer about what is available.

One account, many client sites

The plans are counted in websites. Growth is $199 per month for 25 websites at up to 50 pages each. Scale is $299 for 50 websites at up to 100 pages each. Platform is $399 for up to 300 websites at up to 100 pages each. Every feature is on every plan.

Each client site is its own site: its own domain, its own pages, its own leads, its own analytics. Nothing is shared between them except the account that holds them.

Every one of those sites is written from a conversation about that client, and every one is genuinely useful only if the answers were. That part is still your job, or your client's.

Each client site is written from its own interview

A site starts with a chat with the in-app assistant about that client's business. You can answer from your brief, or sit the client in front of it. The assistant can read the client's existing website address and a read-only Google Sheet of services, areas and prices.

Before each build you see the planned pages and the cost and approve them. Then a check that runs before anything publishes, validated against Google Search Essentials and modern web standards, decides whether each page goes live. The uniqueness check strips city, state and industry names before it measures, so a house template with the client's name swapped in fails.

Leads go to the client's tools, not yours

Each site's form delivers to HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel, Mailchimp, Kit, ActiveCampaign, Slack, Microsoft Teams, SMS, email, or any webhook. Connecting needs no sign-in screen: paste one credential generated in that CRM, then press Send test lead to prove it before a real lead flows.

Every delivery is signed. On the Leads screen each lead has a status and a note, and you can export every lead across every site to CSV or Excel in one click.

HubSpot, Zoho and Pipedrive deliveries update an existing contact by email instead of creating a duplicate, which keeps a client's CRM tidy without you doing anything.

Team members, and what a client can and cannot see

Invite teammates into one shared account with the same sites, leads and plan. Each signs in with Google, Apple, or email.

Everyone you invite sees every site and every lead. There is no client-only view and no per-site permission today. If a client needs their own login that sees only their site, that is not something to promise them yet.

What a teammate can do is real work: run an interview, approve a build, connect a domain, schedule a publish, roll one back, and ask the in-app assistant what any screen does. Every write goes through the same check, whoever makes it.

What there is not, in one place

There is no agency program, no reseller pricing, and no separate agency plan. The prices are the four plans on the pricing page, in US dollars. There is no drag-and-drop editing, no online store checkout, no blog posts, and no language other than English.

Saying that here saves a trial and a disappointed client later.

How to ask, and what answer to expect

Use the contact page. Say how many clients you serve, how many sites you expect, and what you need that is not on this page. The answer is a plain description of what is and is not available, not a waitlist promise.

If the answer is no, it will say no. That is worth more to an agency than a maybe, because you are the one who has to repeat it to a client.

What an agency should check in the trial

Every plan starts with a 15-day free trial with a card, and you pay nothing if you cancel before day 15. Use those days on one real client site, end to end.

  • Run the whole interview for one client and read every page it writes
  • Connect a domain with the one CNAME record and confirm the SSL certificate
  • Send a test lead into the client's CRM and watch it arrive
  • Invite a teammate and confirm what they can see
  • Schedule a publish, then roll it back
  • Export the leads to a spreadsheet
  • Generate the developer key on the Settings screen if you work from an MCP client

Questions people ask

Is there reseller pricing for agencies?

No. The four plans on the pricing page are the prices, and there is no separate agency program today.

Can my client log in and see only their site?

No. Everyone invited into an account sees the same sites and leads. There is no client-only view today.

Who pays for the plan?

The account holder pays the plan. How you bill your clients is your business, and nothing here changes it.

Can I connect a client's own domain?

Yes. One CNAME record at their registrar, and the assistant walks you through it. The SSL certificate is issued for you.
