Sections 11 and 12 protect those people in the same way they protect 1000x Digital LLC, and amounts payable by 1000x Digital LLC and by them together count toward the one limit in section 12. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

14. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

If someone else brings a claim against us because you used this website in breach of these terms or of the law, you will be responsible for the reasonable costs and losses that claim causes us, to the extent the law allows.

15. GOVERNING LAW AND COURTS

These terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to this website, are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any such dispute will be resolved only in the state or federal courts located in Wayne County, Michigan, and you and we each consent to their jurisdiction. Either of us may instead bring an individual claim in a small claims court, if the claim qualifies.

A change applies from the date it is posted and does not apply to a dispute that arose before that date.

If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest remains in effect. If we do not enforce a part of these terms, we have not given up our right to enforce it later. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Disclaimer, are the whole agreement between you and us about this website. They do not change the platform's Terms of Service or any other agreement you have with us.
