This Disclaimer states plainly what Website Builder Studio does and does not promise. It applies to this website, to the Website Builder Studio platform at app.websitebuilder.studio, and to everything the platform or its AI assistant produces. For customers it forms part of, and does not replace, our Terms of Service; if the two differ, the Terms of Service govern. We would rather you read this before you buy than discover it afterward.

1. NO PROMISE OF RESULTS

We do not promise rankings, traffic, leads, inquiries, calls, sales or revenue. We do not promise that any page will be indexed, shown in a particular position in any search result, or mentioned or cited by any AI assistant or AI search tool. We do not promise any return on what you spend with us. Those outcomes are decided by search engines, AI systems, your market and your competitors, none of which we control. Anything on this website or in the platform about search visibility describes how we build pages, not a result you will get. If anyone promises you a ranking, they are promising something they do not control.

2. SEARCH ENGINES AND AI ASSISTANTS

We build pages to Google Search Essentials and modern web standards, and we build them to be easy for AI search tools to read and cite. That describes how we build. It is not an approval: Google does not approve, certify or endorse individual websites or website builders, and nothing we build carries an approval from Google. Being built to a published standard makes a page eligible to be found; it does not entitle it to any position, and it is never a guarantee that an AI tool will cite it.

When you publish, we may notify the search engines that accept automatic notifications (IndexNow); for sites on our own hosting address, our hosting provider may signal the change instead. A notification can be delayed or refused by the engine that receives it, and whether and when any engine crawls, indexes, shows or cites a page is that engine's own decision. References to Google, Google Search Essentials, Bing, the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) or any other third party are for information only. They do not mean that the third party endorses us, partners with us or is affiliated with us.

3. WHAT OUR CHECKS COVER, AND WHAT THEY DO NOT

Before a page publishes, the platform runs automated checks on the pages it generated. They review the structure and technical standard of those pages: for example, headings, titles and descriptions, image descriptions and sizes, text contrast, page language, links, structured data, and whether a page is too thin or too similar to another to publish. A page with a critical failure does not publish.

Those checks are not a legal review, not a legal-compliance check, not an accessibility certification and not a guarantee of any result. They do not verify that what a page says is true. They cover the pages as checked; if you change a page afterward, the result applies to the new version only once the checks have run on it again. They do not review any legal page you upload, such as a privacy policy or terms.

The free check on our website is a separate tool. It reports what its checks found on the page you entered, at the moment it ran. It is not an audit, a legal review or a guarantee, and it does not change your website.

4. ACCESSIBILITY

We do not describe any site, including yours, as "accessible," "conformant," "certified," "ADA compliant," "WCAG compliant" or "legally compliant." Whether a site meets accessibility law is a legal judgment made on the whole site, in context; software cannot make it. Automated tools can test only part of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines. They cannot judge, for example, whether an image description is meaningful, whether a page works end to end with a keyboard or a screen reader, or whether form messages make sense. Our automated accessibility checks are evidence that specific checks ran and what they found, not a statement that a site conforms. Conformance needs human testing and can change whenever content changes.

We do not sell, install or recommend accessibility overlay widgets. If accessibility matters to your business, and it should, have a person review your site, and give visitors a way to tell you about a barrier.

5. AI-GENERATED CONTENT: YOU MUST REVIEW IT

The platform uses AI to help write page content, create images, suggest structure and answer your questions. AI can be wrong. It can produce confident errors, out-of-date information, and statements that do not fit your business. Review every page, image and answer before you rely on it or publish it. Every fact on your pages is yours to stand behind, especially prices, availability, qualifications, license numbers, guarantees, and anything you say about results. AI-generated images may resemble existing images or people; check them before you use them. Material created by AI without meaningful human authorship may not be protected by copyright; our Terms of Service explain what rights you receive.

6. YOUR OWN CLAIMS AND REVIEWS

We do not verify what you say about your business. If your page says "licensed," "insured," "award-winning" or "certified," that is your statement, and you must be able to back it up. Reviews and testimonials must be real and must not be presented as typical when they are not. Our platform does not invent reviews, ratings or testimonials, and you must not either.

7. NOT LEGAL, FINANCIAL, MEDICAL OR OTHER PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

Nothing on this website, in the platform, in our help content, or in anything our AI assistant says or produces is legal, financial, tax, investment, insurance, medical or other professional advice. Do not rely on it as such; ask a qualified professional. We do not write, review or certify your privacy policy, terms, accessibility statement or any other legal document. You publish your own, and you remain responsible for your site's compliance with the law.

8. REGULATED BUSINESSES

Law, medicine, dentistry, finance, investment, insurance, tax and other regulated professions have their own advertising and communication rules. When the platform recognizes one of these businesses, it shows a notice at publishing to remind you; that notice is a reminder, not advice and not a review. Any review, approval, disclaimer, record-keeping or filing your regulator, board or bar requires is yours to carry out before your site is used with the public.

9. HEALTH INFORMATION: WE ARE NOT A HIPAA BUSINESS ASSOCIATE

1000x Digital LLC is not a business associate under HIPAA and does not sign business associate agreements. The service must not be used to collect, store or send protected health information or other sensitive health data. Forms on sites built with the platform ask visitors not to include medical, health or other sensitive personal details in their message. If you are a healthcare provider, do not use our forms or any other part of the service for patient information.

10. LEGAL PAGES ON YOUR SITE ARE YOUR DECISION

The platform does not require you to upload a privacy policy, terms or accessibility statement before publishing. It tells you which are missing but does not stop you. If you publish without them, that is your decision and your responsibility.

11. INFORMATION ON THIS WEBSITE

The information on this website is general information about our service. We work to keep it accurate and current, but it may contain errors or become out of date, and features, prices and limits may change. What you buy is described by the Terms of Service and the pricing shown when you subscribe.

12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

This website, the platform and the sites you publish may link to, embed or connect with services run by other companies, such as search engines, AI assistants, domain registrars, DNS providers, payment processors, email services, maps, videos, booking tools and the CRMs and other tools you connect. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, terms or privacy practices, and a link does not mean we endorse them. Their own terms apply when you use them.

13. AVAILABILITY

No online service is uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not promise that ours will be. The Terms of Service set out what we do promise.

14. WHAT THIS DISCLAIMER DOES NOT DO

Nothing in this Disclaimer limits a right you have that cannot be limited by agreement, or excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for our own fraud or willful misconduct.
