Effective date: November 1, 2026
Last updated: November 1, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar technologies (such as browser local storage) that 1000x Digital LLC uses on its websites and applications, what each one is for, and how you can control them. It lists what we actually use: no more, no less. It forms part of our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information more generally.
STRICTLY NECESSARY: needed to sign you in, keep your account and checkout secure, and tell people from bots. They are always on, because the application cannot work without them.
PREFERENCES: remember small choices you make, such as a display setting or that you closed a banner. They hold no information about who you are.
OPTIONAL ANALYTICS: help us understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it. They run ONLY if you click "Accept" in our cookie banner.
We do not use advertising, retargeting or social-media tracking cookies or pixels on our websites or in our applications.
| Name / technology | Kind | What it does | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
| msg_session | Strictly necessary | Keeps you signed in and protects your account. | 30 days, or until you sign out |
| msg_verify_held | Strictly necessary | Completes an email-confirmation link opened while signed out. | 1 hour |
| msg_checkout_nonce | Strictly necessary | Links a checkout you start to the account that started it. | 1 hour |
| msg_mode | Preference | Remembers the display mode you chose. | 1 year |
| Browser local and session storage | Preference | Remember layout choices (such as panel widths), banners you closed, an unsaved draft of your build details, and your current conversation while the tab is open. | Local storage: until you clear it; session storage: until you close the tab |
| Cloudflare bot check | Strictly necessary | On the sign-up form, tells people from bots. Cloudflare may use cookies or similar technologies needed for that check. | Set by Cloudflare |
PAYMENT AND SIGN-IN PAGES RUN BY OTHERS. When you pay, you enter your card on Stripe's own checkout page, and Stripe may set its own cookies there to process the payment securely and prevent fraud. If you choose to sign in with Google, you do so on Google's own page. Those cookies are governed by Stripe's and Google's own policies, not ours.
The application runs no analytics tools.
WEB FONTS. Our website and application load web fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google, which receives your IP address. This happens whatever you choose in the cookie banner.
WHAT EACH WEBSITE USES
| websitebuilder.studio | strictly necessary and preference items below; Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics, only if you accept |
STRICTLY NECESSARY AND PREFERENCES
| Name / technology | Kind | What it does | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cookie choice (local storage) | Strictly necessary | Remembers whether you accepted or declined optional analytics, so we do not ask on every page. | Until you change it or clear your browser |
| Banner dismissal (local storage) | Preference | Remembers that you closed a promotional bar. | 7 days |
| Cloudflare bot check | Strictly necessary | On our contact forms and the free Compliance Grader, tells people from bots. Cloudflare may use cookies or similar technologies needed for that check. | Set by Cloudflare |
CONTACT FORMS. Our contact forms set no cookies of their own; the only technology on them that may use cookies is Cloudflare's bot check, above. What you type is delivered to us through our own platform, as our Privacy Policy explains.
OPTIONAL ANALYTICS (only after you click "Accept")
MICROSOFT CLARITY (websitebuilder.studio). Records how visitors use our pages (page views, clicks, scrolling and mouse movement) to produce aggregated heatmaps and session replays, which show us how a visit moved through a page. It is set to hide what you type into forms. It does not collect payment information. Cookies include _clck (up to 1 year), _clsk (1 day) and CLID (up to 1 year), and Microsoft may set cookies on its own domains, such as MUID (up to 1 year). Microsoft processes this information under the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
GOOGLE ANALYTICS (websitebuilder.studio). Records how visitors find and move through our pages, such as page views, scrolling, outbound clicks, file downloads, site searches and whether a form was started or submitted (never what was typed into it). Cookies: _ga and a cookie beginning with _ga_ (each up to 2 years). Google processes this information under the Google Privacy Policy.
Because these tools are provided by Microsoft and Google, those companies may collect information about your activity on our website over time and across other websites, under their own privacy policies.
Our platform places no cookies of its own on Customer Sites. Page views are counted on our server as totals, without a cookie and without recording the visitor's IP address with the count. What the platform does place:
A business may add its own tools to its site, such as its own Google Analytics measurement ID, a video, a booking calendar, a map or other web fonts. The visitor's browser then contacts that company directly, and that company may set its own cookies. Those tools are the business's choice, and the business's own privacy and cookie notices cover them.
If what we use changes (for example, a new analytics tool), we will update this page and its "Last updated" date before the change takes effect, and, where your consent is needed, we will ask for it again.
