One site per location, one account for the team

Three branches, or three service lines, and a single website trying to be all of them. Here is how each one gets its own site, its own leads and its own numbers.

Short answer

A company with several locations or service lines gives each one its own website. Growth is $199 per month for 25 websites, up to 50 pages each; Scale is $299 for 50 websites, up to 100 pages each. Every site has its own pages, its own leads and its own analytics, on its own domain or subdomain. One account, one assistant, and teammates invited in.

Why a site per location beats a page per location

A location page tucked into a shared site has to serve everyone at once. A site per location gets its own conversation: that branch's services, its areas, its team, and what is different there. Every page is written from a conversation about that one place.

The uniqueness check matters here. It strips city, state and industry names before it measures, so a copy of one branch's site with the town swapped scores as a copy and fails. Each site has to say true, different things. That is what makes it genuinely useful to the person reading it. The location pages guide explains the careful version.

Every page also passes a check that runs before anything publishes, validated against Google Search Essentials and modern web standards. A page that fails does not publish, and the assistant says why.

Choosing between Growth and Scale

Count your sites and think about the largest one. Growth is $199 per month for 25 websites, up to 50 pages each. Scale is $299 per month for 50 websites, up to 100 pages each.

Every feature in the product is on every plan, so the choice is only about counts. If you start on Growth and add locations, you move up from the billing screen.

A service line works the same way as a location. Heating under one name and plumbing under another are two sites, each with its own conversation, even if the same van does both.

How the interviews run when there are several

Each site starts with its own chat with the in-app assistant. The manager who knows that branch can answer, or you can. If the location already has a web address, the assistant reads it to fill gaps.

A Google Sheet with services, areas and prices per location can be shared read-only, and the assistant reads it. No Google sign-in is involved. Before each build you see the planned pages and the cost, and you approve it.

Leads and numbers stay separate, and still reach one place

Every page on every site has a lead form. Each submission is delivered to HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel, Slack, Microsoft Teams, SMS, email, or any webhook. HubSpot, Zoho and Pipedrive deliveries update an existing contact by email instead of creating a duplicate.

On the Leads screen every lead has a status and a note you can edit. Export every lead across every site to a spreadsheet, CSV or Excel, in one click. Page views and conversions are counted on the server for each site, and each site can run its own cookie-less A/B test.

Domains and subdomains, one record each

Each site can sit on its own domain, or on a subdomain of the company domain. Either way it is one DNS record, a CNAME, and the SSL certificate is issued for you. Until the record is in place, the site is live on a free address.

The assistant walks you through the record for your registrar, and it repeats that walk for each site without getting bored.

Each site also carries its own sitemap, its own structured data saying who that branch is and what it offers, and its own branded not-found page served with a real 404 status. Nothing about one site depends on another.

Bringing the team into one account

Invite teammates from the account and they share the same sites, leads and plan. Each signs in with Google, Apple, or email.

New teammates do not need training from you. The in-app assistant is on every screen and explains what any screen does. A branch manager can schedule a publish for a date and time in their own time zone, and every publish keeps a version to roll back to.

What is not offered, so you can plan around it

There is no online store checkout on any site today. Blog posts and languages other than English are not offered yet, which matters if a location serves a second language. There is no drag-and-drop editing; changes are made by asking, or by writing a page yourself in plain paragraphs.

Every plan starts with a 15-day free trial with a card. Cancel before day 15 and you pay nothing.

Questions people ask

Can all our locations share one domain?

Each location is its own site, so put each on a subdomain of your main domain, or give each its own domain. It is one DNS record either way.

Can a teammate see only their own location?

No. Everyone invited into the account shares the same sites and leads. There is no per-location view today.

Do leads from every location go to the same CRM?

Leads are delivered to the CRM, chat, SMS or email you connect, and every lead across every site can be exported to a spreadsheet in one click.

What happens when we outgrow Growth?

Move up to Scale from the billing screen. The features do not change; the site and page counts do.
