A website for a practice, worded with care

A medical, legal, financial or therapy practice needs a site that explains the first visit, names the providers, and never pretends to be advice. Here is how the builder handles each part.

Short answer

A practice website explains who the providers are, what a first visit involves, and how to reach the practice. The builder writes each page from your answers and checks it before it publishes. It does not write medical, legal or financial advice, and your privacy and terms pages publish exactly as you upload them. Starter fits one practice; Growth fits several locations.

The first visit is the page people actually read

A new patient or client wants three things: what to bring, what happens, and what comes next. Tell the in-app assistant in the chat, the way you would tell someone on the phone. That becomes the first-visit page and the answer capsule near the top of the home page.

The AI answer engines like ChatGPT and Google's AI answers read that capsule the same way a person does, so it should be plain and true rather than clever.

Hours, parking, what to bring, whether you take new patients or clients: these are the questions people ask, and the builder writes them as a questions section from your answers. An About, Contact or FAQ page can be added in one click.

Providers and services, in the practice's own words

Each provider gets described from what you say: qualifications, what they focus on, how they work. Services are written the same way. Every page is written from a conversation, and the builder writes titles, headings, copy and the questions people ask from your answers.

If the practice already has a website, give the in-app assistant its address and it reads the old site to fill gaps. A practice manager can answer the chat instead of a provider; the answers just need to be true.

Wording stays about the practice, not the reader's situation. A page can say what the practice does and who it sees. It does not tell a reader what to do about their condition, case or money.

The line every page can carry

The builder does not write legal, medical or financial advice, and it is fine to say on the site that the site is not advice. If your profession expects a particular notice, you write it in plain paragraphs and it publishes as a page of your own at no charge.

Terms and privacy pages are yours. You upload them and they publish exactly as given, word for word. Website privacy and cookies explains what a privacy page usually covers.

Privacy by default on the site itself

Page views and conversions are counted on the server. No analytics script and no cookie are added to your site unless you add your own. If you add a Google Analytics 4 measurement ID, the tag loads only after a visitor accepts cookies on sites that show a banner.

Every form delivery is signed. You also choose whether Google may use your content to train its AI, and search indexing is unaffected either way.

How a patient or client reaches you

The phone number is on the site, and one tick adds a Text us link beside it. A booking link from Calendly, Acuity, Microsoft Bookings, Google Calendar or a similar tool adds a book-a-time section that loads only when a visitor opens it.

The form on every page delivers each submission to email, or to a CRM such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Zoho CRM. A Send test lead button proves the connection first. Follow-up emails to quiet leads exist, are off by default, and give the person a one-click stop.

Which plan fits a practice

One practice on one domain fits Starter at $99 per month, 10 websites with up to 25 pages each. A practice with several locations, each wanting its own site, fits Growth at $199 per month, 25 websites with up to 50 pages each.

Every feature is on every plan, and every page passes a check that runs before anything publishes, validated against Google Search Essentials and modern web standards. The trial is 15 days with a card; cancel before day 15 and you pay nothing.

A practice manager or a partner can be invited into the same account, with the same sites, leads and plan. Each signs in with Google, Apple, or email, and the in-app assistant explains any screen to whoever is looking at it.

What is not offered to a practice today

Blog posts are not offered yet, so a library of articles is not something to plan on here. There is no online store checkout, and languages other than English are not offered. There is no drag-and-drop editing; you change pages by asking the assistant or writing them yourself.

Questions people ask

Can the site say we treat a specific condition?

You describe your services in your own words and the builder writes from them. It never writes advice, and what your profession allows you to state is between you and your regulator.

Does the builder write our privacy policy?

No. You upload your own terms and privacy pages and they publish exactly as given.

Will the site add a cookie banner?

The builder adds no cookie by itself, because counting happens on the server. If you add your own analytics tag and show a banner, the tag loads only after a visitor accepts.

Can patients or clients book online?

Yes, if you paste a booking link from a tool such as Calendly or Microsoft Bookings. The booking section loads only when a visitor opens it.
